Well, that didn't go as planned...

The first race of the season - the Australian Grand Prix, originally scheduled for the first weekend in March, was cancelled at the last minute due to COVID19. One of the team members at McLaren tested positive for the virus, causing all of the planned weekend activities to be postponed indefinitely.


Since then, we have all been wondering when - or, rather, if - the 2020 F1 season would go ahead.
